Reservations/Cancellations

A deposit of  $100.00 per cottage is required for all reservations.
 
50%  refund  or a one-time rebooking with a minimum 14 day cancellation notice.

Cancellations of 14 to 7 days advance: No Refund -  one time rebook only.

No refund will be given on a rebook cancellation

Rebooks must be taken within one year of  the original reservation.

Cancellations of less than 7 days will be responsible for the balance of the amount of your reservation .

 Reservations are confirmed with a credit card.

Absolutely NO SMOKING permitted in the cottages! Smoking is permitted on screened - in porches.
